1. Services

Bragg’s Exterior Cleaning Inc. provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or email.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your service for the safety of our crew and your property.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and PayPal.

Failure to pay may result in late fees or referral to collections.

4. Service Satisfaction & Liability

Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue.

While we take great care in our work, Bragg’s Exterior Cleaning Inc. is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property
Damage due to fragile surfaces or materials
Issues caused by poor construction or materials

Customers are responsible for disclosing any sensitive or damaged areas prior to service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before service, the customer must:

Ensure water access is available
Move vehicles, outdoor furniture, and fragile items from service areas
Secure pets and notify household members of scheduled service

Failure to prepare the site may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, graphics) is the property of Bragg’s Exterior Cleaning Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

Bragg’s Exterior Cleaning Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
